Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bl333 ("bl333", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the bl333 website located at bl333.io, including all associated subpages, features, services, games, betting markets, promotions, and payment functionality (collectively, "the Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise interacting with any feature of bl333, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. Standard KYC documents include a national identity card (NID), utility bill, and bKash or Nagad account statement.
• Account Currency: All bl333 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). All deposits, wagers, bonus amounts, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. bl333 does not operate multi-currency accounts.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your bl333 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bl333 processes all player deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) using the following accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bl333 on standard transactions, though payment service providers may apply their own limits.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Deposit Speed: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bl333 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment network. Card deposits (Visa/Mastercard) may take up to 10 minutes to appear.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 2 to 4 hours of the request being submitted. During peak periods or when additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal Verification: bl333 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a standard security measure to protect both the player and the Platform.
• No Third-Party Payments: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bl333 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible.

• bl333 Discretion: bl333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to any obligations already accrued by eligible players.

Betting Rules & Game Play

All games and betting markets offered on bl333 are subject to specific rules that govern how wagers are placed, how results are determined, and how winnings are calculated. The following general rules apply across all bl333 products:

Limitation of Liability

bl333 may suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms, if your account is involved in fraudulent or suspicious activity, if required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority, or if bl333 decides to cease operations in your jurisdiction. Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance after deduction of bonus funds, voided winnings, and applicable charges will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bl333 is registered and operates. By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of bl333.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
